SmartHalo 2’s Alarm activates once you move away enough from your device to cut the Bluetooth connection. Usually, this happens around 10 meters away from your device.
If your parked bike is too close to your phone while you still want to activate the Alarm, you have a few options:
- “Kill” your SmartHalo app (here’s how to do it on iOS and Android). When you want to deactivate the SmartHalo 2 alarm, open the app again.
- Deactivate your Bluetooth connection and reactivate it when you want to deactivate the alarm.
