There is a connection error while trying to pair my phone and device. What should I do?

1) Try closing the app and opening it again.

2) Try turning Bluetooth off and back on again. 

3) Try restarting your phone. 

4) Try restarting your SmartHalo by plugging it into a USB power source (like a computer). Wait for the green dot to appear in the center and try pairing again with the SmartHalo.
